✳ A SMALL CORNER OF THE INTERNET

mikdaam.

always making something.

Founder, engineer, runner. I build consumer apps and AI agents in Paris. Currently a little obsessed with making video editing feel effortless.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROJECTS

There’s a little
more to the story.

From Benin to Paris. An engineering degree, a startup that didn’t make it, ten consumer products, and plenty of runs along the way.

Me in 12 lines
  1. building in paris 🇫🇷 — toronto 🇨🇦 this november.
  2. shipped my first app in 2020 — a quiz app for teachers.
  3. engineer by training: esiee paris, with three years of data engineering at safran.
  4. never had a job that wasn't also school, or my own thing.
  5. ten consumer products shipped in the last two years.
  6. my first startup, wayzze, failed. i made a video about it.
  7. runner — built konqr and laband to get more people running.
  8. joined my buddy achraf on baller — football ai — for a while.
  9. deep in the ai agents rabbit hole: an imessage assistant, a phone that drives itself.
  10. currently hacking on storylee — agentic video editing, with taste.
  11. documenting the journey on youtube and x.
  12. build something real, ship it, talk to users, repeat.

People who make me aim higher.

They push me to my limits and make me question whether I'm being ambitious enough.

I'll add favorite quotes as this list grows.

Build something real. Ship it.
Talk to users. Repeat.

a note to myself, mostly.
